We offer top notch facilities which we fully operate, excellent lodging options, catered buffet-style meals, customized schedules, and excellent customer service throughout your entire trip. We allow teams to have on-field batting practice during their practice sessions. Our facility has the full complement of field screens and hitting shells on each field. There is a massive indoor hitting center for teams to utilize in the event of inclement weather. In addition, our area offers an abundance of spring training games, amusement parks, and award winning beaches.
Deposits are due by November 1st. Deposits received after this date will be subject to hotel and space availability.
Full payment is due 30 days prior to arrival. The payment Due Date will be listed at the top of your final invoice.
We offer a variety of packages to fit any budget. Packages differentiate based on location to the beach and hotel type.

Tampa International Airport (TPA) and St. Petersburg/Clearwater International Airport (PIE) are both award-winning airports, and convenient in terms of access to our facility and the hotels. Please see our “Flights” page for more information.
Our meal plan covers two meals a day, usually breakfast and dinner, served on site at Baseball City. For Inland packages, a full all you can eat breakfast buffet is served at the hotel. For beach and some inland packages, breakfast is served at Baseball City. All Dinners are served at Baseball City. We receive many compliments on the variety and quality of food served, and especially regarding the convenience, in terms of feeding teams on-site instead of the teams needing to find restaurants to accommodate large groups on short notice. Please note: The first included meal is breakfast following the morning of arrival; and the last included meal is breakfast on the day of departure.
Yes. Most hotels have fast food and/or restaurants within walking distance. For more information, we suggest utilizing Google Maps to located the specific restaurants that are in proximity to each hotel.
No. We only accept personal checks, school checks, or money orders.
Once registrations for all of the teams have been finalized, we take any special schedule requests directly, via email, from the Coach of each school. Schools are paired by school size, competition level, and trip time frame, for their game schedule. Practices and extracurricular activities are scheduled around the games. We do our absolute very best to meet each Coach’s objectives for their spring break baseball trip. We want each team to enjoy a productive and memorable experience, and we take the scheduling process very seriously.

Yes. We offer top notch facilities. We fully operate the Tampa Bay Rays former Spring Training Complex (Baseball City St. Pete Complex). Our privately operated facility contains all of the amenities of an MLB-style baseball complex including indoor hitting center, weight room, club house. And the fields have all of the hitting screens and hitting shells for practices and on-field batting practices.
Baseball City is fully equipped with coolers, water, and ice. Water in water coolers and cups are provided (at no charge) for the players and coaches during the games at the dug outs at the Baseball City Complex. Bottled water, sports drinks and soda are available for purchase at the concessions stands.
No, but we can provide one at an additional cost if requested.
Professional and College Scouts sometimes attend the games depending on players that they are “following” for their respective organization.
Competition always depends on the teams that are participating during your stay. We find that the teams attending our High School Baseball Spring Training program are at least average competition-level.
Standard pricing is based on 4 Players per room and 2 Coaches per room. Pricing is typically finalized upon receipt of the team room list, 45 days prior to the start of the trip. On the final room list of names in each of the rooms, if the number of Players in any of the rooms is less that 4; and if the number of Coaches in any of the rooms is less than 2, pricing per Player/Coach will generally increase on the final invoice.
Yes. Baseball City is fully equipped for games and practices. Baseball City has ALL of the amenities of a professional training facility including roll out cages, field screens, indoor and outdoor batting cages, etc.

Cancellation Policy: Teams that submit a deposit, but are unable to attend, will receive a refund in the amount of 50% of their initial deposit. Written cancellation notice must be given prior to December 15, in order to receive a 50% refund of the deposit. Teams that cancel after December 15 will not receive ANY deposit money back. Any and all claims regarding refunds, changes or reduction in number of players making the trip MUST be made 45 days prior to the beginning of the trip. No exceptions will be made. The $250 registration fee in non-refundable.
Yes. Most hotels offer rollouts, however they are issued on a first come first serve basis, not guaranteed ahead of time, and usually a cost of $15-$20 per bed per night is issued. This cost is not included in the Tampa Bay Spring Training package price and payment is the responsibility of the Coach.
EVERYTHING is conveniently located, basically within a 10 mile radius within St. Petersburg and Pinellas County. Meals are served on site at the hotels or Baseball City, depending on the selected Baseball Package.

The most cost effective option is to have 2 Coaches to a room and 4 Players to a room. However we can accommodate a single Coach room and rooms with 2-3 players at an additional cost. Note: We have an option for the 3 Coaches to a room at a discounted rate.
